They say this as an impression of Chandler.

When did Chandler say this? Did I miss something?

I don't think he said that exactly, they are taking the Mick out of the way he says things. I think.

Yeah, that makes sense when they say... 'could I BE anymore annoying.'

But 'my scone, MY SCONE' means nothing.

Yeah that's true, maybe there crap at Chandler impressions lol.
