That is a really good question. I will go with Tia Carrere because she is one hot woman and still is hot to this day. Though the other ones are good.

All I need is one mic...

Tia Carrere is one of my favourite women in general, but, speaking specifically for Wayne's World 2, my vote goes to ...

Kim Basinger as Honey Hornee.

*Drew Barrymore (Bjergen Kjergen) - Not bad. Her face is too puffy though; looks like it belongs on a fat girl.

*Kim Basinger (Honey Horneé) - Beautiful face; too bad she has man hands.

*Lara Flynn Boyle (Stacy) - She was beautiful in her day, though she looks like a circus sideshow freak now due to plastic surgery.

*Colleen Camp (Mrs. Vanderhoff) - She looked amazing in Clue (1985), but not in Wayne's World. The main problem with her was her teeth; she should have gotten them fixed. Her face was otherwise attractive when she was young, and she could produce glorious cleavage.

*Tia Carrere (Cassandra Wong) - I thought she was hot when the WW movies were new, but watching them now, she doesn't look that great to me anymore.

*Olivia d'Abo (Betty Jo) - She was smoking hot in her day, but not in WW2, due to the way they had her made up. I didn't even recognize her.

*Donna Dixon (Dreamwoman) - Never thought she looked particularly good.

*Heather Locklear (Herself) - I had a crush on her when I was a kid when she was on T. J. Hooker, but in hindsight I don't think she ever looked very good.

*Ione Skye (Elyse) - Not bad.

Olivia d'Abo in her prime (especially the way she looked in The Wonder Years) is the hottest IMO.

In the film, Tia Carrera.

In general, Olivia d'Abo, Heather Locklear, Donna Dixon and Kim Basinger at their prime (but none of these women looked their best in these films, especially not Olivia d'Abo, who was purposefully made-up to look like a female version of Garth).

d'Abo looked her best in Greedy (and in a little-seen SCTV anthology film called Really Weird Tales). Locklear looked her best during her mid-Dynasty years/The Return of Swamp Thing. Dixon looked her best in the mid-80s circa Spies Like Us. And Basinger looked her best in Batman, and a few years earlier in Never Say Never Again/The Man Who Loved Women/The Natural. Colleen Camp looked her best in Clue (obviously), and Drew Barrymore looked her best in Motorama where she's wearing a Hawaiian dress.

Tia Carrere. A lot of childhood enjoyment I had watching her.
