I am so proud of Rebecca Warner because she chose the right guy (Crawl) over the wrong guy (Travis).

Nah, I disagree in a way. I think they BOTH are the wrong guy. Crawl was just a heck of a lot more fun. But he wasn't going anywhere in life.

Fun film though. I saw it at a drive-in when it was first-run. Lots of laughs.

I always got the feeling that Crawl would have gotten his life on track. I get the feeling he was drifting before and had no idea what to do with his life. He didn't have anything to work for, but now with Rebecca, I could totally see him getting his act together so he could be 'worthy' of her. He would have a goal to work for. Personally, I think Crawl would make a great counselor. He just seems to have a way with people, of breaking through their defenses.

I guess they could both be wrong for different reasons, but Crawl had a good nature and I think he and Becca were a good match.
