I love this movie and I am neither fat nor emo. It was my favorite movie as a kid and it's still one of my favorite movies. Why do you think girls who love this movie is fat and emo?

The OP, as moronic as he may sound, did not mean that all that enjoy this movie are fat emo girls, he meant that all fat, emo girls love this movie.

What are you talking about? It's not impossible for people to just like the movie, is it? They have to be female, 'emo', and fat?

Is this a rant about a movie you don't like, or you don't like the public coming up with more ridiculous stereotype names and using the movie's name to further endorse it? This thread lost me.

So i assume that a emo girl did not like you or your a snob that don't like certain type of people just cause of how they dress and act or some type of *beep* then you go on and stereotype man this could have been a good question.

No, i agree with the OP. yes, this is a great movie. No you don't have to be Fat, emo, or a girl to love this movie. I am none of the three, and i love it. even though this OP is most likely a troll, he is right that many black wearing, overweight girls love this movie. i know like 5 off the top off my head.

I've loved this movie since it first came out (I was 3). I am female, not a twig, and like "emo/Gothy" clothes. But the difference is I actually know what the movie is and liked it before they glomped onto it. But I think of it as a plus because I can get lots of merchandise for a movie I love.

First off, many fat girls go Goth so they can pretend to not be concerned by society's norms. They can wear frumpy black clothes to try to hide their body and wear makeup and funky hair to distract attention away from their actual appearance.

They like NBC because much like the main character, their inner-self wishes to not be all emo and dark. They wish that they could go back to the innocence and joy of childhood which is represented in many of their most precious memories as good times with the family around Christmas.

Does that clear it up?

I love this movie, and if you ask any of my friends, you will see that I am not an emo, but in fact a very bubbly, happy person.

And there IS such a thing as skinny emo girls. Just saying.
