How did Sheila survive?

Maybe I saw it wrong somehow, but Ash stabs her with a spear and throws her from some distance, yet after Bad Ash and the skeletons are defeated she's normal again and just gets up.

I haven't seen this in a while so I honestly didn't remember that she survived. I do remember that she turned evil and the part were she said "You found me beautiful once." And his reply of "You got real ugly.", but I just assumed that she died since I hadn't seen this in a while.

Ah, OK. So, if I understand correctly, because she was indirectly possessed by Bad Ash, that meant when he was destroyed that her injuries healed and she was restored to normal.

Thanks for the info. Sorry if my post was rambling, but I watched part of it on El Rey Network after not seeing it for a long time and needed some clarification.

Sheila was great- that's why.

The dress wasn't particularly baggy, but there was just enough room for plot armour under there.
