Gotta love Gary Busey here, as he snorts to prepare the monster Loogy he so enjoyably launches into Ryback's famous bouillabaisse.

DeCaprio was also hocking lung butter in Titanic. Honestly though, I'm not prepared to review both compare and contrast.
I can think of two others that were satirically funny.

The Hot Shots scene I think he totally drenches a guy with it.
