Not only the they killed off Connor but how unceremoniously they did it. It is like the horrible finale of Game of Thrones and how it ruins the rest of the series in retrospect. The SJW/feminist brigade ruins another franchise.

shareThis trend to try to re-cast white characters and/or male characters makes me shake my head.
Instead of coming up with new characters of their own, do these groups -- women, Asians, blacks, LGBQ, whatever -- feel so insecure about their own identities and stories that they feel the need to ride on the coat tails of successful white characters?
In the case of Bond's world, I've maintained that they could easily come up with a alternate series for an new character of alternate race / gender / sexuality who exists in the same universe and has very similar action-oriented spy adventures. Periodically, this character and Bond could even share a movie together.
Given the trend to franchise 'universe building' this would such an obvious way to go.
I know it's very pathetic, the excuse I keep hearing is "well blacks and women have been discriminated for so long they need to be able to take over a white male franchise to level the playing field" which is the worst case of playing the victim I have ever heard of. Also you very much can make another franchise that is similar to James Bond and have it be successful, my proof.....Indiana Jones.

Star Wars with Return of the Jedi.
Don’t care what new amateur filmmakers and uncreative production companies do with these great franchises. I have no interest in their sequels. No interest in their over used lazy CGI.
Buy the originals. Watch and enjoy. And ignore today’s lazy filmmaking.
