Lost Highway and Inland Empire are pretty interchangeable for second place for me, depending on how I feel. I pretty much like all of his films except for Wild at Heart. Oh, and I haven't seen Dune.

1.Mulholland Dr (seems to be the best overall)
2.Twin Peaks:Fire Walk with Me(so dark & weird, an under appreciated masterpiece)
3.Blue Velvet (Frank!)
4.Eraserhead (the pacing almost kept this off the top 5, other than that, great)
5.Wild at Heart (I REALLY have a tough time choosing between this & Lost Highway. Could go either way depending on the day)
