funniest scenes?

it's so hard for me to single them out from my all time favorite or least favorite. they are that good.

here are mine

arnie asking how he got in the johnny cab and the johnny says "the door opened, you got in", followed by an eyeroll from the johnny.

arnie getting chased and running for his life and he tears the johnny cab out of the floor. i always laugh at "sh!t...sh!t" and the johnny cab saying "i am not familiar with that address." i love how he tosses the johnny robot in the back before taking control of the car.

arnie almost getting run over for skipping out on his fare of 18 credits.

the old bag trying to steal arnie's suitcase and cussing him out when he gets it from her, with him stopping from his running to take a bow

2 weeks!

benny's 5 kids line and him shooting kuato in the head and arnie looking over the dead kuato with benny saying "forget it man, his fortune telling days are over."

benny's death scene

When of the disfigured mutants in the bar tells Quaid/Hauser: "You got a lot of nerve showing your face here" and he just replies: "Look who's talking"

probably the outrageous bits with the average looking tourist woman that transforms. many topics on this board with the word dream in it. to me this was just too weird of an action flick to get into, i like the sort of similar "the running man" better, the drama with melina felt so out of place during all the action surrounding the movie. this was the only time i've seen the boss from "beverly hills cop" play a villain, funny to see a cameo by the sheriff from "national lampoons vacation". neat how the background during the opening credits looks like cinema screen curtains, and what an hilarious opening line "you're dreaming, is it about mars". i was caught off guard a bit by the constant vulgar language, this would be a problem airing on american television stations i guess, in my country (sweden) anything goes, i mean you wouldn't believe it, can't have the tv on when you got company. i thought sharon stone would play the good leading lady.

my mind gone,
as you come along,
soft and sweet,
knocked down by your boobies,
blessed built hair of gold,
i acted like a dope,
before i knew it you were gone.

"Consider this a divorce" and of course as other people wrote... "See you at the party, Richter!" But overall this movie is pure gold...
