Has anyone else caught this...?

There is a scene in this film where the lead character, Kim, is standing on the sidewalk next to a city street. In the background, you can see a grown man, draped in shadow, standing motionless in the middle of the street staring at her. It's so strange and creepy-looking, but never brought up either in the scene or after. Has anyone else ever noticed this?
