Those are really good points. I was bothered by the poison thing too after finding out she wasn't blind.
Totally agree. That was just one of many ridiculous mistakes she made. The first being that she just stood there and waited for those guys to get out of the car and approach her.

They were taking down the treehouse. Remember when they talked about it earlier in the film and Woody said he wanted to live in the treehouse? I think it was supposed to signal the destruction if their childhood innocence.

I struggled with those same questions. One possible explanation I came up with is that Moore never got his soul back and his body operated on the Granny's instructions alone. Hence, why the movie is called 6 Souls (Adam, David, Wesley, Charles, Dad, and Sammy). Granted, the movie does not make that explicit, it's just a theory. I liked the movie a lot, but I would've liked it more if it answered all my questions.
