Seating Positions In Monk's

Weird. Thought they pretty much always sat by the window, with the cash register and entrance in view behind and to the right of them.

However, watching an episode now were they come in and swing in behind the register and sit down in what would normally be that background, right-hand side. I don't think I recall ever seeing them there!

Was this a one off? Think I maybe remember them making a joke of their regular spot being unavailable and they had to sit on the counter on the left by the kitchen (?) but other than that I don't recall this happening...

Thanks, yes - that's pretty much the angle I meant with the cashier behind and entrance to her left.

Don't recall that additional table in the foreground opposite where they are sitting. Maybe it was always there but they zoom in beyond it so you never see in later episodes. Will see if I can work that out...
