What's Your Funniest Scene?

What's your most funniest scene in this movie? Mine is when he is arguing with a car dealer and in the end gets his way to a sports car and he doesnt even get out as far as the main road and gets hit by another car LOL

Me and my mum were watching it on TV one saturday morning and really laughed at that scene lol, it's a nice memory :)

Harry Crumb: My reputation precedes me. Otherwise I'd be late for all my appointments.

and Harrys line when looking at the ransom-note. "you find that crazy typewriter, you have your kidnappers"

The opening scene without a doubt!
I was ROTFL as Miss Downing "mmmmmphed....mmmmphed....mmmphed" into the knockout rag against her mouth! Chloroform! That sh*t wiped her out!!

The freaking backflip.
It's 10 star material alone.

I liked when he went to the hair salon:

Harry Crumb: I am Djour Djilios.
Suki's Salon Receptionist: Could you spell that please?
Harry Crumb: I don't think so. Try it with a "D".

The way he says it. Priceless.

What do you think he's doing?

Do I look like Mr. Friggin's WIZARD?

When Harry Crumb is disguising himself as a East Indian air conditioner man from "Bombay Air Conditioners". If you listen to the music soundtrack, all through it there was that subtle Indian music in the background. Just hilarious!

Djour Djillios. Especially

"Could you spell that?"
"I don't think so. Try it with a D!"

The fish hook scene is tops; Candy's reaction shot is comic gold. But my favorite line is sort of thrown away. It's when Crumb is watching Vince Barnes & Mrs. Downing on the tennis courts and he says, very melodramatically, "Yes, I know the score of that game . . . forty-love."
The scene where Crumb is stuck in the phone booth and Draisen calls and disguises his voice, but Crumb can't understand him. "Hello, Kidnapper! I can hardly hear you, man! Speak up!"
The third is at the salon: "My name is Darjell Deljush." "Can you spell that?" "I don't think so. Try it with a 'd.'"
And the best of all, I think, is the scene with the dirty pictures, when Crumb is TOTALLY oblivious to the fruit falling from the tree.

I think by far the funniest scene (and I've seen this movie a thousand times... ha ha ha) is when he walks into Nikki's bedroom while she is sitting on her bed staring at a picture on the wall of her older sister. The picture is a head-shot blown up into a poster size.
They share some dialogue about her and the fact that she was so thin as a child, she had people worried. Then Nikki says "...but now look at her. She's perfect.'
And Harry says, looking at the picture "Perfect?? Hhmmm, I don't know. I mean look at the size of her head........... she should be easy to find.............. in fact she's huge!" ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!

Rest In Peace John. You are dearly missed by all.

For once, maybe someone will call me 'Sir' without adding 'You're making a scene'...
