this was a cool movie, love them tricking the criminals into thinking they're going to be meeting the Yankees for breakfast. When I watch it today it makes me miss those late 80's movies and the world in general during that time period. Nevertheless it's a movie that nobody seems to ever talk about, same goes for Black Rain, always liked that one a lot too.

shareYup the theater I saw it in was built in 88 and is still around today, it's become a dollar theater so I still go to movies there from time to time. Kind of funny.
Basic Instinct is still great today, that's another one of my guilty pleasure movies. I went to that for all the sex scenes and now I love it for all the other stuff lol.

Agreed. Had not seen it for years and years and watching it this evening I really enjoyed it. Heck of a cast and several faces in supporting roles destined for bigger parts. Now I've got to find myself a copy of The Big Easy to watch again - another film that seems to have slipped off the schedules.
