Christmas Vacation in a Different Movie

From my childhood I remember watching a movie (not Christmas Vacation) where there was a character watching Christmas Vacation. For the life of me I can’t remember the movie. The character was watching the scene where Clark was losing his temper because of the Christmas lights not working, an he punches the plastic Santa in the face. Can anyone help me out?
