Doesn't even seem like a Bond film

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels the same way.

I look at Licence to Kill as if you placed Timothy Dalton's James Bond in the middle of an episode of Miami Vice that was written like it was meant to be a modern day take on Akira Kurosawa's film Yojimbo.
