Minor question SPOILERS.

So was Virginia (or Faith) in on it the whole time? Or did she REALLY at one point feel that because of his perhaps abusive nature she wanted to get away from Michael Madsen's character (and maybe her hitting him with that stone was perhaps a moment of impulse or something?) and decided to betray him and thus hook up with Val Kilmer's character so he could fake her own death and she would perhaps also start life anew and also leave her possibly slightly criminal past behind?

And what in the end made her want to ultimately SPOILERS - betray and even attempt to KILL Val Kilmer's character and leave off with Michael Madsen's character at the end instead? Did Michael Madsen promise never to abuse her again? Or?

P.S. Even though she was ultimately far from positive character herself, it seemed like she did have some good things for her as well. At one point, spoilers, she even shoots and kills that criminal guy in a hotel and saves her and even HIS (Kilmer's Jack's) life in the process, and scares off the other crook who runs away. And was anyone TOUCHED by the scene where she cries and Val Kilmer's character stops the car near a police station and threatens to have her legally prosecuted and punished and she says that she is afraid of imprisonment and that it would cost her not only her freedom but LIFE? Were you OK with her NOT going to jail by that time etc? And SPOILERS - what did you think about her and Madsen's character, even if accidentally, dying at the end via that car explosion? And were you happy (I was to an EXTENT) that Kilmer SURVIVED? Would he also think NEGATIVELY of her afterwards and would he feel sorry for her dying at the end do you think? Thanks. Oh and yeah, its a GOOD movie, 7/10 I rate it personally.
