Could Terry Silver sue Daniel for not paying?

This could very well be a Cobra Kai season four plot point with the writers tying up loose ends from KKIII. We should also expect confirmation that Jessica was working for Silver all along.

Silver was likely concerned after a while when Daniel was still coming into the dojo without paying... he was trying to be tactful and not ask for any money outright.

Except unlike Kreese, Daniel was not his friend so he would have had no problem setting out the terms if monetary cost was involved. As it turned out the currency Silver was interested in was Daniels pain and he got that in spades.

However, it was low for Daniel to cancel his remaining courses with Silver and not give him the back-pay he owed him for the lessons... he gave some BS excuse like he would pay him the money once he actually has some lol.

This would imply that said sessions were even booked. Furthermore he doesn't say he will pay him the money when he has some. this is what he says and Silvers reply cuts him off:

Terry Silver should have sued Daniel and his mother for all their meager future earnings to pay him back for all those classes.

Depends on the statute of limitations. During the days of Cobra Kai Terry could try to sue Daniel for unpaid lessons plus interest. Unfortunately, during the Karate Kid III era Daniel cannot be sued because he had zero assets and no cash whatsoever.
