Did anyone notice ...

After the Ghostbusters catch the Scoleri Brothers they come out of the courtroom shouting “We’re back!”
On the left side of the picture you can see the prosecutor, who was just carried outside by one of the ghosts, sitting on the floor next to the door smoking. Does anyone know why she is doing this? Was there a deleted scene that explains this?
