Anybody know how the slime was made? In one scene looks like pepto bismol, in the river and building scenes looks like jelly

No idea how it was made, but the slime's viscosity fluctuated throughout because of the negative energy it was surrounded by.

The 2009 Video Game sequel states it was created by Evo Shandor when he was alive between 1916 and 1920.
