More artistic movies like this?

I really really enjoyed this film, its utterly stunning, full of symbolisms and shot with great art lust.

Are there any more recommendations ?

Check out these: The Holy Mountain, El Topo, Santa Sangre, Eraserhead and Blue Velvet! You will defenitely love them if you loved this one! :)

The utter weirdness and disturbing levels in those films, can be even M0RE than in this one!

I can't believe no one has mentioned Harry Kumel's: Malpertuis and his Daughters of Darkness
Also see Willard Huyck's Messiah of Evil and Dario Argento's Suspiria and David Cronenberg's Scanners and Abel Ferrara's horror art shocker Driller Killer.

Try out some Ingmar Bergman, namely 'Fanny and Alexander'. I would also recommend Fellini's 'La Dolce Vita'.
