I haven't seen Amityville 4. All I know is that it takes place in California and not Amityville. Are there any of the same special effects in this movie like there are in the previous Amityville movies? Like the bleeding walls, swarming flies, doors ripping off their hinges and cold drafts blowing through the house.

Flies appear a few seconds, but then they disappear and nothing happens with this manifestation of evil
No doors being ripped off their hinges.
No cold drafts blowing.
Special effects: things that get turned on and off without being plugged.
A switch which turns itself down,
the red-glowing eyes of a cat,
a wire which moves all over the place in its own accord,
and I guess that the evil face which appears on the lamp twice.
Nothing else.
