I can't seem to locate the name of the actress who plays the mysterious older women on the beach. The one that allowed the teenage boys to watch her in stages of undress each night (in the beach house).

it's funny because while she was playing that 'older, hot woman on the beach' role .. she was only 28-29 in the movie .. far from being 'older' .. her voice is what made her seem/sound older

Her face looks older as well, she looked late 30s to me in the film.

Yeah, I don't remember which one she was. I only saw that show a few times when I was watching my nephew. He was in love with Sabrina. I remember seeing and thinking "Hey, that's the hot woman from Stealing Home."

There are 2 aunts, the fat one and the hot one, she's the hot one.

Yeah, I remember there being two aunts. I know one was a bit overweight, but I do remember thinking that she was attractive despite have a few extra LBS on her.

Yeah the chubby one was still pretty imo too.
