Climbing up her house and looking in her bedroom window when her mother was putting her to bed in the Car Accident episode was a bit creepy, too.
Kevin is a tad bit obsessive and sometimes too persistent, but he is also loyal to his friends.
Also, in the second episode during Winnie's brother's funeral wake, Kevin watches Winnie eat. The older narrator Kevin even comments on it and says it's a bit weird/creepy.
