Scariest film ever?
So scary people daren't even watch it. Daren't even acknowledge its existence. Daren't even accept it into their consciousness.
THE WIND!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I've never seen this movie but I know what happens. Same old formula used in dozens of others. Woman alone in spooky house (castle in this case). Woman terrorized my man. Woman kills man at end. Same ol' same ol'. (yawn)
For once I'd like to see a movie that breaks the monotony and have the man win at the end.

Long live the 70s!
The man does not win. The wind does.

He was going to kill the blue-eyed writer when he gives himself shock therapy and jumps to the sea from a cliff. He would have won otherwise.
shareSo Meg Foster is trapped in an old sea side home while trying to avoid being murdered by Wings Hauser. Earlier, upon arrival, she’s told not to go in the closet because there’s hunting guns inside. She forgets this until the end when she retrieves as SPAS-12 shotgun. Lol
Not the scariest but definitely one of the most frustrating films ever.
Then she wastes three shells on missing Wings, has 1 more shot left but just discards the gun
shareI didn't find it very scary.
shareDAMN...I HAVE TO ADD TO THIS TO MY WATCHLIST...I KIND OF HAVE A RULE ABOUT MOVIES MADE IN 1987.
shareThis is another obscure 80's film I need to check out. One of the director's earlier films is one of my favorites (Island of Death).
