Definitely stronger than an ape or gorilla, but I don't know about an adult grizzly. It's hard to say. It doesn't have quite the mass of a bear, but then again, Predator isn't just a big human. Sure he's tall and pretty muscular, but he's an alien reptile capable of leaping from tree to tree while carrying Jesse Ventura slung over one shoulder.
If he can reach into Billy's body and literally rip out the spine and skull, then the beating he gave Dutch was just "playing around", since he wanted to take his time and savor his final kill. It's obvious that he could have easily squeezed Dutch's neck and ended him while he had a grip on him.

Yeah, I basically agree with this. I would say that from what we gather from the movie a Predator is likely stronger than a gorilla, though we don't really know if it would be able to go against something like a grizzly or stronger. Of course this is just speculation as we don't know really the full extent of what a Predator can do, for instance we don't know whether to rip the spine and the skull out of a dead body a Predator needs to use 50% or 90% of its strength.

It might be as strong as a grizzly, but I don't think it would want to tangle with one without it's weapons. A grizzly, like an Alien, has better natural weapons, and I'm thinking an adult bear would shred a Predator to pieces.

Yep. It was playing around with Dutch and could have killed him at any point if it truly wanted to. I think as well as savouring the final kill, there was possibly some respect shown towards Dutch for managing to stay alive for this long and facing up to the Predator, that led to it not wanting to kill him immediately.
