The best movie you've never seen

Great modern western, with an awesome cast, and some good acting. I especially liked Cash Bailey, played by Powers Boothe. He was great as the good ol' boy gone bad. If you like an entertaining movie, with lots of violence and colorful characters, check this one out. All I can say is that Peckinpah would've been proud.

Yeah it's definitely one of Hill's more overlooked films, which is a shame as it's pretty kickass.

Yep. I totally agree with the main review on IMDB. I am very glad my dad took me to see this in the theatre back in 1987, otherwise I never would have known it. Sucked that it only lasted in the theatre a couple of weeks, I guess it wasn't marketed very well.
But all of the acting in this movie is 2nd to none; there are just amazing performances/parts that really fit all of the actors very well. Wish they would make movies like this today. Too much pussy/nerdy/techie crap anymore. But the movies today certainly reflect those who work the industry these days and those who watch the *beep*

"Extreme Prejudice" is one of my favorite movies. Whenever I bring it up no one knows what I'm talking about so I try to show it whenever my friends have a movie night. It's too bad that nowadays you'll need a "trigger warning" because of the title of the movie. I'm sure the movie title alone would make watching it a no-no to the Social Justice Warrior types or other such snowflakes.
