I know CJ is going to play innocent and make it sound like he did next to nothing to bring his problems onto him.
His problems started on the Halloween and Halloween II boards, and they came about because of a number of things. First he was intollerant to other's opinions. He preferred Halloween II to Halloween and he would enter threads where people praised Halloween and demand that they give II props or else they were going to hear it from him. He would call people idiots, morons, and make other personal attacks simply because their opinions differed from his.
If any one would start a best of list he would reply to each person telling them what was wrong with their list, and telling them that they had horrible taste. Some of the people were openly gay and he would hit them with gay slurs.
He would try to debate people, but he would never back up his thoughts with facts. Be would simply tell whomever he was talking to that he was an expert on the movies and he didn't need to back up his thoughts.
There was a thread on the Halloween II and he didn't like the topic of the thread. Rather than avoiding the thread like a rational person he would enter it every day complaining about it and telling the people posting in it to quit posting because he thought it was a stupid topic.
He told one guy on the Halloween board to stop posting on the boards because all of his posts were stupid. When the guy said something back to him CJ told him to stop being mean.
CJ rubbed a lot of people the wrong way for a good year and pretty much all of his troubles were his own doing. He's gotten better since, but for a year or so he was a major pest.
