I don't know why you had to emphasize "THAT" so much, as if it's the house that's the problem.

As far as smells go, if you know how much cat litter can smell when you're trying to sleep, you'd have to multiply that by a factor of 10 or 20... you'd need a gas mask to even spend more than few seconds in there.
