Does this remind anyone of The Departed???

I think that's a silly question considering this was made 20 years before the Departed. Also The Departed is way more serious in tone than this.

Or also a worser version of 2002’s Infernal Affairs? Ah-ha!

Yeah, it goes without saying that Raw Deal came before either of these two but ultimately it’s nothing to brag about


With that said, in terms of storyline The Departed and Raw Deal do remind me of each other somewhat. But other than that, these movies are worlds apart (mostly from a filmmaking standpoint). Raw Deal nevertheless has its charm.
