The crimes and immoralities of Daniel Part 2 reviewed

Surely Daniel has matured from the last film which had 57. I think I overturned IMHO about 50%
I think there'll be less here I agree with. The video is actually shorter too.
So let's start......
01) inciting Murder - denied! He just asked why Miyagi didn't kill him. That's all. Plus Kreese was trying to kill Johnny. Miyagi already has two counts for damaged car windows if someone did list on him.
02) Driving unsafe car - denied! It just happened and he's driving there to tell mr. Miyagi about it.
03) Air Pllution - denied! I was working at Wal-Mart once in lawn and garden and this guy from the car place drives in one place releasing a huge cloud of white dust. It blinded the background for 1 minute. Then I could taste the air pollution. He didn't get in trouble.
04) Raiding Mr. Miyagi's Fridge w/o Asking - I'll sustain this one. At this point mr. Miyagi and Daniel San have close friendship and he didn't say anything or complain here. But I'll sustain it. He should have asked or said something. Plus he was caring more about Miyagi's fridge instead of conversation.
05) Renovating Without Qualifications - denied! This is a Miyagi crime though.
06) inferring with postal employee (federal offense) - wtf???! He did no such thing. Denied! Denied! Denied! He helped him with name pronunciation.
07) invasion of privacy - denied! He cares about Miyagi's feelings. He's just checking on him because he's worried about him.
08) embezzlement of mother's money - sustained only because I think he's doing this because he doesn't want to go to Fresno with Lucille. But in book he says he did it because he cared about Miyagi. But me thinks he also is doing it as excuse to get out of Fresno. So SUSTAINED.
09) Repeated Disturnance of Sleeping Passengers - denied! No one is complaining and he's talking quietly.
SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!! Boy that's me sometimes when I'm trying to sleep. That was kinda funny. All right moving on.
10) Tresspassing on military base - Boy is uploaded retarded. This is taxi cab driver crime if so. Denied!
11) invasion of privacy - denied! He's with Kumiko. Kumiko would have said something if it was invasion of privacy.
12) invasion of privacy - denied! If so Miyagi would have told him to leave he needs alone time. Instead Daniel talks to him here.

14) Disrupting a Business - Denied! They should have told him it wasn't self serve.
15) Destruction of private property - Sustained. He just damaged evidence.
16) inciting Riot - denied! The villagers saw Chozen was cheating people.

18) Insulting a foreign country - What??????? Denied! He's complimenting here.
19) Tresspassing - denied! Kumiko took him there.
20) fleeing the scene of crime - denied! Wtf????
21) ignoring friend's wishes and warnings - sustained only because it does get him in trouble.
22) Public Slander of USA Soldier - denied! He just stated opinion.
23) Daniel trashes USA soldier publically and then tries to weasel out himself - you know I think they misspelled publicly. It should be like I wrote it. I'll sustain this one. Even though I shouldn't. Daniel never volunteered to take part in it.....just watch.
24) Participating in Illegal Gambling - denied! It would be Miyagi crime, since Miyagi told him to participate.
25) invasion of private tea ceremony - denied! Kumiko is also with him.
26) ...... - TBDS. I don't know what the uploaded is trying to say here.
27) Cheap Shot - denied! It's self-defense. Extreme measures require extreme action. Here Chozen said he'd take Kumiko home.....implying their home......implying rape. He stole Daniel's money too.
28) Attempted Murder - Chozen just destroyed the Miyagi dojo, threatened to kill Daniel earlier, and mugged him a few hours earlier. This is self-defense although pretty bad. Denied! Denied! Denied!
29) Disrespecting Honorable Culture - sustained but Daniel doesn't know much about the whole Okinawan ways.
30) Descrating Sacred Ritual - I don't know where the uploader is getting these facts. I don't even know what is wrong here. So obviously TBDS.
31) Disrobing in Front of Minor - denied! He's trying to save her life. He only removes his belt and that's it! He uses the belt to stop the Sparks. Now come on. Denied!
32) disruption of public utility - denied! It's already probably broken. Man. Daniel is seriously trying to do good here and he's getting trashed.
33) Abandoning Kumiko - denied. What????? He went back to USA. She went to dance school. Gee so you're saying he has to follow her 100%?????
34) FAIL - yeah. But not a crime/immortality.

I feel so bad that I only sustained a few that I must point out one that didn't make the movie. It only was in the novel and it is indeed one that should be listed.
There's this one scene where Daniel is practicing in the dojo with the spear when he carelessly punctures a bag of rice. Hearing Miyagi come he quickly pops a stick of gum in his mouth and chews it a bit and then removes the wad to cover the hole in the bag of rice. So I'm willing to add 3 more sustain points here for that.
