Pretty freaky

Did not know what to expect from this, but the final scenes before

the house blew up were pretty freaky. Special effects in the 80's are always great, and some of the stuff in this were certainly gross, but really well done.

Acting was good.

Good film, and a very interesting story idea, but a one time watch for me.

Watching it now. Freaky Deaky.

Barbara Crampton is gorgeous.

Stuart Gordon is always ace when it comes to body horror. This film is operating on another level -- it's prime Lovecraftian, Eldritch horror of the highest degree. This film stands out among the many others in the 80s as being a real head trip.

I occasionally revisit it maybe once a decade or two.
