what kept this show from airing in america ?

american voice actors, it was based on western cowboys etc ..

I live in America and it aired for me. I remember it as one of the few cartoons where people actually died.

you're lucky. maybe i just didn't know about it.

I think it was only a season or two, so there was probably only a small window when it was aired.
