Music Video, and woman riding the horse, who was she?

In the music video, of the love theme, there was a woman riding a horse, who was she?
I just watched it and got a good image of the closeups. She does not look familiar to me at all. Someone asked the same question in the comments and one answer thought it was Cynthia Rhodes (Penny in Dirty Dancing) but it’s clearly not Miss Rhodes.
