S.J.P. is grounded and she is sulking in her room. Her dad is cutting down the tree. What is she wearing? She is wearing these high cut blue and red lined underwear. Uhm, when my brother waltzes in I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing those things. Its an akward scene. Sure she had a great body but really? I'm surprised she wasn't wearing a jogging bra.

The filmmakers obviously included that scene 1. to showcase Sarah's beauty in her physical prime (movies being a visual medium) and 2. to illustrate the way it is in everyday households -- teen girls hang out in their rooms with light/casual apparel and their brothers sometimes run into them. It has zero to do with anyone being child molesting perverts.
No disrespect; I'm sure Hollywood was/is full of child-molesting perverts. I just don't believe it's relevant here.
