Such a great show

It sucks they don't make them like this anymore. 80s movies are so legendary. What a great time to be alive back then. I read that Dudley Moore was up for the lead in this and he turned it down. I gotta say I'm so glad he did, I mean I like him but he would've not been good for this role unless they cast a different actress for the mermaid. I really like how it turned out, John Candy was what made the show complete. My daughter has a friend named Madison and when ever we see her we always say "Good thing we weren't at 149th street." We've always wondered if her parents are big fans of this movie.




I was there with dad in the beginning but I gotta ask, do we sell fruits and vegetables or just fruits?
