I realize the freshmen were unceremoniously, not to mention expeditiously, booted from their dorm, but if you were wearing nothing but your tighty-whities, wouldn’t you immediately put on, at the very least, a pair of shorts once you were outside?

They didn't have the chance to do it, I suppose. Remember, they are all in shock after being thrown out, then Coach Harris is talking to them and tells them to follow him. There was no time I suppose.

For me the bigger question is why the Dean of Adams College is perfectly OK watching innocent freshmen get physically assaulted as they are evicted, with one even being thrown through a glass window and presumably suffering serious injuries.
But then later on the same Dean is perfectly OK with a member of the football team calling him an *beep* at the carnival. So what do I know?
