I know this movie is crap, but I always loved it. Some of my favorite lines include the bull dyke bartender's threat: "That bag guy better hope you find him before we find him because if we find him, we're gonna rip his d*ck off!"
Also, when they catch the peeping tom and tell him that anything he says can be used against him, he randomly spouts off, "Michael Jackson, Liz Taylor...or how about Boy George!" Daring them to use those absurd comments against him in court.
For sheer political incorrectness, I love when the bag head thief asks the patrons at Leroy A Go-Go if the only credit card the establishment takes is 'Massa Charge'. The death stares he gets from them all as he chuckles and gets away with the cash are as funny as the line itself.
I dig that 'L.A.P.D.' theme song in this movie. I bought this movie new on the old 'New World Video' label over 20 years ago from my local Blockbuster. I special ordered it and it was $9.99 + FL state sales tax. I still have that video to this day. :) Still makes me laugh despite the extreme low-brow nature of the jokes. I also have to admit I enjoyed Jackie Kong's movie THE BEING. BLOOD DINER was nuts, too, but the acting in BLOOD DINER really was BAD! Makes the acting in NIGHT PATROL look reallllly good by comparison.
