Biggest frame job In American history

Biggest frame job in American history. Why would a guy who had absolutely no criminal history, no adulterous affairs, no nothing except maybe a big ego as most doctors do, go on a murderous rampage out of nowhere and kill his wife and his two daughters that clearly meant the world to him? For what? He didn't run to any woman after he did this, he didn't have anything to gain financially from their deaths. There was absolutely no motive. Then throw in the fact that the Stokely lady, who was going to testify that she was there and knew the truth, was intimidated into not testifying. Such a sad story all the way around. A beautiful woman and two beautiful girls lost their lives and a man has to rot in prison for a crime he did not commit. I don't know how the folks who prosecuted this guy, the judge or anyone else involved sleeps at night knowing they put an innocent man in prison. Such a shame

With all due respect BShepard24, you clearly are unaware of some facts about this case.

Jeff MacDonald had MANY adulterous affairs. He cheated on his wife, Colette, many, many, times! He had an affair with an army nurse during his Army training as a paratrooper in Fort Benning, Georgia and he carried on an affair with his former high school girlfriend, Carol Larsen, all throughout his marriage to Collette. Those are just 2 affairs. However, he had many, many more.

Jeff lied to his wife about having to go to Russia in July 1970 with the Fort Bragg boxing team. Fact is, he lied to her because he wanted to get away from her. The pressure of having a wife, 2 kids, and another on the way, was too much for Jeff to deal with.

Jeff lied to his in laws about killing one of the "killers" in October 1970.

All of which I stated above is FACT. If you even took a second to do some research on this case you would know this was true.

Jeff may not have had a criminal record leading up to the murders, but he had a very difficult time being honest and faithful to his wife.

I've been researching this case for 30+ years. I live in Oakdale, two towns away form Patchogue. I've spoken to some of Jeff and Colette's classmates, Colettes former HS boyfriend, Dean Chamberlain, and the investigators and prosecutor, Jim Blackburn. I've spoken with Christina Mascewicz (author of Scales of Justice). She also oversees the website, www.thejefferymacdonaldmurdercase.com

Yes, there are many people, including some of his former classmates, that believe Jeffery is innocent. If you knew Jeffery in HIgh School would would probably find it hard to believe he could commit a crime like this. But, unfortunately, forensic evidence does not lie. There is not one single piece of forensic evidence in that apartment that could be tied to any of the supposed "killers".

I'd be more than happy to discuss this case with you at length. For every reason why you think Jeff is innocent, I will be happy to dispute it with you and provide evidence that points to the cpintrafy, his guilt.

Let me end this by saying that I wish Jeffery was not guilty. I don't know Jeff personally. However, after speaking with people that knew him best, it was obvious to me that Jeff WAS a person that I would have liked. He had a very vicarious personality. He and his family were very gregarious. He was intelligent, attractive, and had everything going for him. Unfortunately, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 17, 1970, events took place at the residence of 244 Castle Drive Fort Bragg, North Carolina that would forever change Jeff's life and the lives of the family of ColetteStevenson McDonald. In an instant, Jeff's world spun out of control. He was caught in a moment where he could make 1 of 2 choices. He chose to go down the wrong path and in the process he destroyed countless lives. He not only destroyed the lives of his wife and children, he also destroyed the lives of Colette's surviving family members, and even the lives of his own family members (his mother and his siblings).

So sad how many lives were destroyed because of a reckless decision.

Jeffrey MacDonald had so many adulterous affairs nobody could list them all. He was high on amphetamines the night he murdered his family and I believe he really thinks he's innocent and that intruders came in and killed them. You really need to study the case.

He changed his story from two African American males, one white male and one white female to two white males, one African American male and one white female (who he later said may have been a womanly-looking man).

I researched MacDonald's acquaintances known as The New York Four. They had alibis, but his most frequent descriptions of the intruders matched The New York Four. I believe he was trying to frame them - or anybody else he could think of - to get away with what he'd done.

Even after all these years, he doesn't rail against "the four suspects" who changed his life forever. He rails against everybody who has ruined his life, but not against the ones who MacDonald invented.

Jeffrey MacDonald is a narcissistic sociopath. They don't have the capability to love another human being. Not in their DNA. And, your wrong he had numerous affairs while married to Colette and admitted to that on the stand and military police. You need to know the mind of a sociopath. You really know absolutely nothing about this case or who the real Jeffrey MacDonald really is. Everything on this case is online including his Article 32 hearing and Colette and his 2 daughter autopsies.

Who else had the motive to kill? If you broke into this house, who out of this family was the biggest threat? Certainly not a pregnant woman sound asleep or two little girls. He was the biggest threat, he had special training to do just that take them out. Yet, his injuries were never life threatening nor was he hurt too badly. He has never cried over the lost of his family. Sure, he made a pretense to look upset and devastated, the only tears he shed were for himself and the loss of he's freedom. Do some research before posting stupid comments about a subject you know nothing about or the personality and traits of a sociopath. They are the killers that have charm and charisma who draw people into their world and can fool a lot of people. He, along with Ted Bundy were the best at hiding their true selves from the people closest to them. MacDonald fooled the US Army and his in-laws for a very long time. He was a doctor who claimed to have perform CPR on both daughters. Yet, they were both lying on their sides and in bed. Any doctor, especially emergency doctor would know they would have needed to be placed on a hard surface to perform CPR.

It doesn't matter anymore all of his legal arguments, all of his appeals regarding those various legal arguments went nowhere and were upheld, even by the Supreme Court. On the appeal of his rights to a speedy trial, the highest court in the US voted 6 to 3 to uphold the lower courts ruling. His remaining points on his appeal the Supreme Court declined to hear his case. There's a special place in hell for him and when he leaves this world I hope he's wearing his speedo's. I hear it's hot down there.

You lost all credibility with that statement as Macdonald admitted to several infidelities. Nice try, but when you are that ignorant it's better to keep your pie hole shut.

Got that wrong too. McDonald was abusing speed which he was taking to keep long hours at the hospital because he never wanted to be home. I believe the man never got over the fact that they had a shotgun wedding. If not for the pregnancy he would have stayed at Princeton and who knows where life would have taken him. He told his wife he was drafted-he wasn't. He enlisted and ended up stuck at Ft Bragg instead of traveling the world. When Mrs Kassab visited her daughter to help during her pregnancies, he was never home. I think the rage was building inside him because a 3rd child was on the way. He was already mad, he was overworked and it only took the child in his bed wet to take him over the edge. Maybe she woke up when he moved her and he snapped. After killing her he killed his wife and the other daughter because why would strangers kill a child in bed and leave? He read the magazine story about the Manson Family. That's where his lie about 4 hippies came from. The entire case is on line (link below). Years later that DNA test he wanted on the blood. It was his. The hair in his wife's hand or nails he wanted tested. It was his. The fibers found-also his. The pictures they took of him at the hospitals are online too. Not a scratch on him that you can see. They barely tapped him so as you can see, but savagely stabbed and clubbed a woman & 2 children??

Entire case files (military & civilian, transcripts, judges instructions, autopsy photos & Colette's gravesite photo *under Resources tab)

Why would anyone frame him for anything?

And why would "they" frame him after first determining he didn't commit the crimes ?

I know this post is seven years old, but I felt compelled to chime in. MacDonald had had a series of affairs on Collette. Two of which she called him up on. It turned out he'd had affairs with five different women during his marriage to Collette. It doesn't matter if he gained anything from the murders. The point here is he was a narcissitic ass who murdered his family. Did Chris Watts have any past criminal past before he murdered his pregnant wife Shannan and dumped his two girls in two oil tanks? Did Susan Smith have anything financially to gain with the murder of her two boys? The point here was MacDonald's whole self narrative is that he was this "great guy doctor family man". It didn't matter if he'd had any prior criminal mind. The point is something happened that night that made him strike out. I believe Collette confronted him on his numerous affairs and was planning on leaving him with the girls. He freaked and three people and one unborn baby died. As for Helena Stoeckly, everything she "knew" about the case had already been published in papers. She admitted, recanted, admitted, recanted, admitted, and recanted so many times she becomes moot. She was also a heavy drug taker. Her words were not considered truthful in any position.

"no adulterous affairs " he admitted to a few
