What the hell is supposed to be happening here? Why would you sit down at a table with a frozen dinner and try to eat it?

So he's a teenager and can't cook....great but is he literally mentally retarded?

That scene was supposed to symbolize a rich teen who's been spoon fed his entire life, his meals cooked for him or go out to eat and he's basically never had to fend for himself as far as cooking goes and it showed..
