In the episode "Rendezvous at Big Gulch (Terror In The Neighborhood)", when Frank is giving a speech at scum on the streets at the police station, someone is saying off screen "Frank I am trying to eat this tuna fish sandwich", followed by Ed saying "Frank I am talking to my mother".

This was an ABC show shot at Paramount, this was during the 4th season of Taxi the last season on ABC, so it is possible.
