It's the opposite - Mr. Feeny, to me, sounds like K.I.T.T.
By the way, if you listen to the very first lines K.I.T.T. says, the voice is AMAZING! Too bad they toned down the vocoder or voice modulation or whatever it was, it would've been cool if its voice had remained that kind of 'robotically otherworldly'.
