I would say, she is easily in the top 3. Her greek charms as well as those gorgeous green eyes set her apart from all of the others!

IMHO the best-looking Bond Girls, like Halle Berry or Jill St. John, offered an amazing figure as well as a lovely face. But the best, most memorable, most awesome Bond Girls, like Honor Blackman, Michelle Yeoh, Barbara Bach, and Jane Seymour, offered personality and good acting as well as good looks!
But of course the Queen Of Them All is Diana Rigg, who is the most awesome of them all... but may be the least beautiful! She was awesome from "The Avengers" to "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" to "Game of Thrones", and everywhere in between. She was just terrific in everything she did.
