This is up there but I swear growing up there were a hand of really great made for tv movies. Here's what I remember:

Fortress('86)
Death Car on the Freeway('79)
The Sitter('91)

I've heard good things about Gargoyles('72)and this.

I loved The Bermuda Depths (1978), Midnight Offerings (1981), Don't Go To Sleep (1982) and many others I can't recall at the moment.

Ah, Bermuda Depths was great too. Haven't seen Don't Go To Sleep yet but sounds awesome.

There was also this movie about a killer stalking a private school and the killer was played by Larry Wilcox made in the early eighties, I forgot the title though.

My vote is This House Possessed in 1981. I was probably around 12 years old the last time that I saw it on TBS. I am 35 now...LOL.
