I only just noticed this in the scene when Harold and his men go to "question" Errol the informant. He's found in bed with a woman. Did you notice that the actress is still smiling? It's as if she forgot to get into character and act scared. If three men burst into my place with a gun, I would be absolutely terrified.

I think the movie hints that this woman is jacked up on some 'narcotic' (hence her 'spaced-out' demeanour) plus Harold Shand's obvious disgust at the syringe he finds by their bedside?
