Why don't you create your own Star Wars website/forum...

It will allow you to create a fairly well rounded website/forum that will allow you to create categories, boards, & sub-boards
Members on your website/forum will be able to create threads about various topics, and other members will be able to post responses to those threads.
Posts can include pictures, links, text, and I even some other things. I think you can include youtube videos, and even add social media information
Talk about whatever you want there...
(As long as it doesn't violate ProBoards terms of service)
Each forum even comes with an actual chat room too...
You can allow anyone to join, or choose who to accept.
If someone starts becoming a problem, you can delete their posts or even their account. You also have the capability of banning die hard offenders from re-registering.
It is not a perfect replacement for IMDb, but it should fill the need.
Someone has created a "new" IMDb using the same ProBoards software... But it isn't dedicated to Star Wars. You can check it out here to see what you can do with your own website:
