Was it just me or did anyone think that a brother and sister going to the prom together was sick and crazy? good flick though

Sick and crazy? You sir, do not understand the South. You only take your sister to the prom if you intend to marry her.

There was nothing "sick and crazy" about it. The movie was set in 1962. People were more sophisticated and less uptight then. High school students were more mature.
