Sheriff Little. He was so intimidating, even Boss Hogg wouldn't mess with him!

He was the sheriff that never slept correct? He was intimidating. I think I remember the Duke boys hated going into the adjacent county cause of him.

He was a strong Black character, which proves that the show was not racist.

They hated going there because their probation wouldn't allow it and Sheriff Little would not cut them any slack.

Also, if their probation did not allow it, how did they go on the Nascar circuit that one season when Koy and Vance replaced them over the contract dispute? Do you remember if they mentioned that on the show at all?

Honestly I don't remember if it was ever addressed on the show. I do know quite a few people who watched the show that pointed out the same thing.

I thought their original trouble occurred in that county and that’s why they weren’t allowed there.
