Col Wilma Deering looked better in the first season uniform or?

the 2nd series uniform? Space Spandex Vs Space Tennis dress?

I liked Erin in the second season's spandex over the tennis uni of season 1. Overall, I thought Erin looked much more natural in season 2. She wore different colours, her hair was down more often, and sort of lost that military decorum.

Is season 2 where she uses tennis uni

The Spandex she wore in season 1 I prefer a lot more than the season 2 attire. She did wear the spandex briefly in 2 episodes in season 2. The great thing about season 2 was Hawk & Dr. Goodfellow. Other than that, season 1 is much better.

Can I edit your post?

I mean, from this

"The Spandex she wore in season 1 I prefer a lot more than the season 2 attire. She did wear the spandex briefly in 2 episodes in season 2. The great thing about season 2 was Hawk & Dr. Goodfellow. Other than that, season 1 is much better."

To this?

The sailor moon outfit of season 2 is revolting. Season one is much better. I like her in her starfighter uniform the best.

Ohhh, a lesson in not changing history from "I'm my own grandpa".

Like that?

Loved her 2nd season look in that short skirt it showed off her fantastic legs

reply

oh my gosh, the episode where the little people were trying to take her clothes off while she was wearing a short skirt was so hot because of what they were trying to do and because her legs looked so beautiful. oh my gosh. she has the most beautiful shaped legs!

reply

Yes, definitely cool. Loved this show as a tyke.

reply

Heck yeah.

Oh, I don't know; body hugging spandex or short skirt to show off her great legs. I'm going to have to think about that for a while...

yeah, i'll have to go back and watch a few times....

I thought Wilma's outfit in season two looked like a cheerleading outfit. But the other women wore a blue dress with a white cover of some kind and they looked like Alice in Wonderland. You can really see it in the episode with the fake Searcher where Asimov has the whole crew lined up. If they'd gone with a darker blue everyone would have looked better.

reply

Yep she definitely looks better in Series 2 with that lovely skirt showing her amazing legs-makes the overall disappointment of 2 slightly more bearable.

reply

Anyone remember the telekinetic midgets who were trying to "Off Think" Wilma's dress off in season 2?

reply

I remember the scene where she had to crawl up into a tunnel....

reply

it was just on tonight on metv. did you watch it? near the end of this episode there's a scene where they are getting out of the hot/sauna place with the pond and oh my gosh, when erin gray's character reached out to ryma she actually lifted her skirt up by accident and we actually got a peek at her ass, that was amazing! i'm sure the director was like, "uh...not exactly what i wanted, let's go with it."(it wasn't planned obviously),

also when she was climbing into the pipe with the help of buck picking her up, she actually flashes her ass again?, again! yes! then erin gray's character climbs up into the pipe and when in the pipe we get a peek at her ass also, but unfortunately not as much of her ass is shown as ryma's ass. just the very bottoms of her ass cheeks. after the scene was over i was so sexually exhausted i breathed deeply in and out. wow, what a hot scene. remember this scene's upskirts?

reply

they just showed this episode on metv, a few weeks ago. oh my gosh that was hot. they were actually trying to take her clothes off. too bad they didn't show anything. her legs looked so fucking hot in that scene.

Spandex.

The tennis outfit and all the crew uniforms in season 2 seemed... odd. Maybe it's the blue used that seems off-putting. The uniform's style definitely looks like a cross between tennis player and waitress, which wasn't Deering or endearing at all, not given her rank.

Season 2 had a number of advantages - harder-edge sci-fi and unearthly fantasy (with making parallels to alien cultures to ours, mixing the best of what Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica had to offer plus adding in Buck with a new outlook in life), Hawk (anthropomorphic bird species but was the "Spock clone" despite having a mostly original origin and how Buck comes to save him (one of the most compelling sci-fi scenes ever is during Hawk's trial)), Dr Goodfellow (innocent, sweet, charming, good counterbalance), the admiral (nice twist in 4th wall breaking but underused as a character), and Crichton (arguably the most memorable since he's got a smarmy yet fun attitude. Definitely not PC, even for 1980, given a couple lines he got to say in one episode) are all fantastic creations that deserved a whole season to explore. That said, Dr Huer and the format of season 1 feel truer to the premise of the long-running comic and the production, clip show aside, was well-rounded. The added intellectualism and less cheese in season 2 still wins me over, but as a kid in 1980 I probably would not have cared for it as much.

are you kidding me? it's not even close first season. i was really irritated and upset when watching her in season 2 because she didn't have the skin tight pantsuit outfit on anymore.
