Saw this in 77'

I was 9 and saw this at the neighborhood theatre -it was a Sat Matinee.
At that age toilet humor is it and when the birds cover him from head to toe me and my friends never laughed so hard.
A group of 9-10yr old boys would never get into a pg movie today-without a adult that is

My friend and I were 11 and 12 respectively, and we got in without an adult too. The car-trapped Dick Van Patton freaked me out a little at that age. "If you love me baby, tell me LOUD!"

My Mom and I saw this as we loved going to the movies together. I was 10 and "got" maybe 70% of the jokes and she happily filled in the rest.

Cool.

I remember seeing this movie at a theater in Monroe MI when I was 10. It started my love for Mel Brooks movies! This movie is still hilarious :)

This was my first Mel Brooks movie as well, back at age 8 and still one of my favorites of his!
